The late Andy Pongco made this possible bringing in fellow Filipino concierges, and embodying the vision and credo of the society. This gave him the title of the Godfather of the Philippine concierge. Today, under the leadership of Ms. Mayumi Hayakawa-Marcelo of Fairmont and Raffles, Les Clefs D’Or Philippines is 50 members strong and continuously growing to uphold the principle of the profession for which concierges are known for.
