,P>Since 2012, I have been proudly representing the Concierge Team at the renowned 5-Star Superior Grand Hotel Kronenhof in Pontresina, which was named No. 1 Hotel in the World by TripAdvisor in 2014. Following my apprenticeship in hotel management at the Sheraton Hotel in Munich, I further expanded my hospitality experience in various front office positions with 5-star chains such as Kempinski and Sofitel in Germany. By chance, I learnt about the Engadin Region from friends and immediately fell in love with the beauty of this exceptional world of lakes and mountains.
Since I love to be in direct and personal contact with my guests, I decided to further my career as a Concierge because it aligns with my approach to life. Since 2015, I became a member of Les Clefs d’Or, which truly made me very proud. With dedication to my task, I seek to create a pleasant and friendly atmosphere with my guests. Every day, my team and I continuously strive to exceed our guest’ expectations and always try to find new highlights and secret tips in order to offer our guests an all-embracing, unforgettable stay in the Engadine.
