The first Austrian Concierge Association was founded in 1885 by concierges from Vienna in cooperation with local tour guides. It is one of the oldest concierge associations in the world. In 1954, the association was remodelled and joined the Union International des Concierges d’hôtel “Les Clefs d’Or.” At present, about 70 concierge members proudly wear the golden keys and serve our guests from all around the world.
