SHPF – Les Clefs d’Or Sweden holds an Annual General Meeting (AGM) in the first quarter of every year. All members are invited to attend, but only active members with all membership fees fully paid are allowed to vote. At an AGM, members vote on the election of new board members and auditors, determination of annual fees, as well as motions, which have been submitted in writing to the Board at least 14 days ahead of the AGM. Reports are also submitted to members from the President about the events of the past year and the Treasurer and Auditor regarding the economic status of the association.
